Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

.
The video of the missile I watched show that this was a guided missile with tremendous force. Hamas doesn't have the capability of such a weapon.
People also forgot already that Israel ordered multiple hospitals to evacuate to bomb them, 4 days ago. The hospitals refused and today them committed a act of genocide against them.

Evacuation orders by Israel to hospitals in northern Gaza are a death sentence for the sick and injured

As the United Nation’s agency responsible for public health, the World Health Organization (WHO) strongly condemns Israel's repeated orders for the evacuation of 22 hospitals treating more than 2000 inpatients in northern Gaza. The forced evacuation of patients and health workers will further worsen the current humanitarian and public health catastrophe.

The lives of many critically ill and fragile patients hang in the balance: those in intensive care or who rely on life support; patients undergoing hemodialysis; newborns in incubators; women with complications of pregnancy, and others all face imminent deterioration of their condition or death if they are forced to move and are cut off from life-saving medical attention while being evacuated.

Health facilities in northern Gaza continue to receive an influx of injured patients and are struggling to operate beyond maximum capacity. Some patients are being treated in corridors and outdoors in surrounding streets due to a lack of hospital beds.

Forcing more than 2000 patients to relocate to southern Gaza, where health facilities are already running at maximum capacity and unable to absorb a dramatic rise in the number of patients, could be tantamount to a death sentence.

You who believe, be steadfast in your devotion to God and bear witness impartially: do not let hatred of others lead you away from justice, but adhere to justice, for that is closer to awareness of God. Be mindful of God: God is well aware of all that you do. (Quran 5:8)
This is important revelation. The Allah Almighty have very clearly pointed out to not let your emotions cloud your judgement but try your best to be impartial in your judgement and strive for justice as a matter of principle.

War is expected to be a dirty and horrible conduct of political affairs with war crimes in the mix. It shows the dark side of mankind, all will bend rules of engagement when it suit them but will call out on others in this matter (hypocrisy factor). War in modern times is also fought in the cyberspace and involves propaganda from all those who are involved. Take a look:

The Allah Almighty understand human nature well enough for he has created the mankind.

Members of this forum should not let their emotions cloud their judgement and ruin discussions. This forum is open to all nationalities since its inception and this dynamic must be respected for this forum to have appeal. You (figuratively) have your take on a subject but do not go out of your way to insult those who have disagreed with you at some point. The logical thing to do is to check what the other side have to say and address a statement in sensible manner with potential evidence on hand. Even better is to wait for ongoing developments to be evaluated more fairly to decide who is right and who is wrong on a particular issue.

Condemn what is wrong by all means - no issue. But understand that this is a discussion forum, not a recruiting ground for clashes between nations and civilizations. Forum Rules exist for a reason and should be respected.

I have expressed solidarity with Palestinians from day one in this forum and I have supported the only Palestinian member in this forum in view of Palestinian suffering as a matter of principle but I am able to discuss any topic like a sensible person as well. I look at what each side have to say and might come up with a perspective that might not be a popular take on the issue but if it is put together with some form of evidence on hand then what is the harm in it? Take it like valuable information instead of looking down at me. Some members are even more sensible than me so learn from these members.

Yep. It's fast with tremendous force. Palestinian rockets are slow and primitive. Here is videos with sound. It's very clearly a JDAM bomb fired by Israel. Only reason we're even debating this is Jewish propaganda army in the US and Israel. Spamming reddit and other places with BS lies:

actually one just has to use common sense...

todate not a single building in Israel was brought down by a rocket... they dont have the explosive power ...

oh well people will believe what they want to believe.

No one believes Israel. It's just Jewish run media immediately did damage control for Israel because if they didn't Israel would lose enormous amounts of support and would be in serious legal trouble.

Has anyone heard anything from the UN?

Not to mention the charlatan theater called the Security Council, because there is no decision from there anymore.

The UN was a more effective global organization even during the Cold War. Now it is nothing but a useless farce. Its building should be bulldozed or a soup kitchen could be built, it would be much more useful.

Doesn't it make you sick to your stomach that European leaders, who foam at the mouth and condemn Hamas even in the face of speculative allegations, can't even write Netenyahu, Israel IDF in the face of a hospital massacre where the death toll will probably reach 1000?

.
The world pushed back and challenged their claims, and the narrative is not in their favor in an uncontested manner. It maybe in large part why the bulk of the ground offensive has not happened yet. Now after this massacre at the hospital and Biden visiting today, it looks even less likely, for a while. The pressure to keep challenging needs to be maintained until the momentum can be broken, and regional regimes are forced to make substantial concessions to the Palestinian cause.

Sitting here and reflecting on all this has left me almost depressed.

Its like the polarities of truth and falsehood have been reversed.

For some reason almost all of the West is shielding Israel.
