Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

What targets Iran hit? Did it degrade Israeli capability? I get the sense there is a high degree of show in Iranian strategy and many others feel that too. It means Iran wants regime preservation and the expansion of regime influence, and for that it made half of Syria refugees.

Saudi and Emirati must be thinking the best solution is to open Israeli military bases in their countries and the rest of the GCC will follow.

.
Israel murders dozens and even hundreds of civilians to kill one militant, who usually cannot be verified. It destroys big civil, military, and economic infrastructure items. The resistance mainly goes for military targets without enough degradation and loss to deter Israel. The rest of the Arab states, including Lebanese military, do nothing and some help it economically and militarily - objectively this is total strategic dominance by Israel and devaluation of Arab/Muslim lives.

.
Extensive war crimes and crimes against humanity. Israel believes in murdering and humiliating civilians, including children, as something 'moral' to teach 'lessons', to establish dominance, and to subjugate. An eye for an eye and a life for a life is the deterrence to this ideology.

Hamas has released new footage claiming to show its forces eliminating Israeli soldiers during ongoing military operations in Gaza. This announcement comes as the conflict between Hamas and Israel escalates, following a series of intense military engagements that began on October 7, 2023, when Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel, resulting in significant casualties.
The footage is part of Hamas's broader strategy to assert its military capabilities and demonstrate its ongoing resistance against Israeli forces amid what it describes as a brutal campaign of airstrikes and ground operations by Israel. The Israeli military has been conducting extensive operations in Gaza, with the stated goals of dismantling Hamas's military infrastructure and rescuing hostages taken during the initial attacks.

Since the onset of the conflict, reports indicate that over 40,000 Palestinians have been killed due to Israeli military actions, including many civilians. In response, Hamas has vowed to continue its operations against Israeli forces, framing them as part of a larger struggle against occupation and aggression.

This release of footage serves to bolster morale among supporters and signal to both domestic and international audiences that Hamas remains active and capable despite the heavy toll the conflict has taken on Gaza. The ongoing violence has drawn widespread condemnation and calls for ceasefires from various international entities, but hostilities continue as both sides remain entrenched in their positions.

Fpv drones (both grenade dropping and rpg ramming types) are more effective and kind of easy to produce in sweatshops. It is prone to jamming but if this issue is solved as it seems it is kind of solved by antenna configuration in Ukraine-Russia conflict there are many many video footage examples against tanks and infantry soldiers alike. For atgm and rpg you need to get close to the target and have direct line of sight and after the attack have a plan to escape the area. For fpv drones it is indirect fire and the source location cannot be determined easily.

Hamas fighters can produce fpv drones and attach rpg or grenades on them in Egypt. Even if they can't transfer the fpv drones inside Gaza they can still make successful attacks on israeli soldiers or armor stationed on Rafah crossing by fpv drones controlling the drones from Sinai Peninsula in Egypt. Good fpv attack drones have about 15km range. Hamas should claim the drones are operated from Gaza to not to drag Egypt into the conflict. Hamas can open fake transmitters at the same time in Gaza too as if they are commanding the drones from there while drones are controlled from Sinai.
