I think sheep have individual characters, some are naturally very aggressive. In 80s and 90s people used to buy sheep or goats for qurbani purpose usually few months before eid ul adha and I remember some of the sheep/goats were indeed like this sheep and one had to be careful while around them. It really hurts when a sheeps hits you with full force, I still remember many such blows that I received from sheep in my early days
