I am thinking PLA will build a dam in Galwan valley, so that anytime the flood will destroy the road to DBO. DBO is useless now.

Now Galwan valley is under China control. India has 3 options:

1. Give in Galwan valley, and fight with China politically.
2. War.
3. Seek peace by concession. Stay out of China/US competition.

2 is not an option at all. 1 will hurt India strategically and economically while 3 will hurt politically. There's really no easy way out for India at all. They could start escalating tensions on other parts of the border but I think China would just return the favor.

I m not sure what u meant but its a Modi leader achievement only but sad that we lost our solders and Chinese also.

Example- previous governments asked Army to Cary 3 sign of boards:

3. U are in our part of land, we are going and you also go back.

Just imagine, China build several dams along Galwan valley. The road to DBO will be flooded anytime China want.

Its is only about 100 metres so immaterially small to even matter.
Als there is a bend in the river after 1.5 km so it means Chinese cannot even observe DBO Shyok road from it.

But the Chinese LAC perception is 2 km inside which means Indian intrusion into Chinese claimed side is much more deeper than vice versa.
