I am very depressed right now
But Queiroz is a sh1t manager. Look at players he picks. Mohammad Nouri... terrible player. Also half the team is from Persepolis. Why no Teraktor or Sepahan players? He is too defensive as well.

Karim Ansarifard should not play on his own as a lone striker. He is too weak for that. Atleast play Mohammad Ghazi up front next to him to add some strength in attack.

But YES we need to start improving youth football. Put football schools everywhere. More pitches, more youth coaches. Instead of wasting money on coaches like Queiroz.
