The Bostanak of The Lost Paradise of Shiraz

5km from Kamfiruz, a district in Marvdasht County, Fars Province, south of Ira, stretches a fertile land with patches of fields and mountains. Tangey-e Bostanak valley extends from east to west, occupied by enormous rocks on either side.


One of the characteristics of this natural phenomenon is the bedrock of the Valley of the Valley, which is the habitat of plantain trees, walnuts and shady trees. These trees compete in tight light-pendulous space to gain light, and have tall and laced cloaks.

The vegetation of the Tang-e Bastakan region consists of two pistachio and almond communities and an oak community. It has trees and shrubs such as keiks, barberry, sherkhasht, bennet, schnaparous plants and pasture plants such as cucumber, licorice, artemisia, gonum, and graminum. The animals in this region also include rams, ewes, wild goats, bears, somers, crows and species of bird birds.

The Belteken Strait area with an area of 14,960 hectares has been integrated into the protected areas of the EPA. The area is mainly covered with forest and mountainous terrain with an average altitude of 1700 to 3700 meters. The Turanian climate has dry summers and very cold winters accompanied by snow and frost. The average temperature of the area is between 14-16 ° C and the average rainfall is 427.49 mm.

The area of land under cultivation of water and rain in the region is 1576 hectares, of which 1227 hectares is allocated to blue grounds and 353 hectares to rain land. Aquaculture includes wheat, barley, beans and rice, and a combination of dry crops including wheat, lentils, barley and chickpea.

Arak Four Seasons Bath: An Iranian Historic Bathroom

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Four Seasons Bathhouse or Chahar Fasl Bathhouse is a Qajar era (1785–1925) bath built by a carpet merchant named Haj Mohammad Ebrahim Khansari (1844-1904), who sponsored several other structures in Arak including a seminary.



The bath is named Four Seasons due to the tile work of its Sarbineh (changing room) which depicts the four seasons of the year. The 1,600-square-meter bathhouse consists of four baths, one for women, one for men, one for religious minorities and a private bath.

The Sarbineh has 8 pillars, a high dome and pleasing tile work and stucco reliefs with arabesque motifs as well as paintings of historical scenes.

The bathhouse became the location of the Arak Anthropology Museum in 1955 and houses wax figures as well as Qajar marriage deeds, spooling equipment, copper pots, manuscripts and embossed metal dishes. The Four Seasons Bathhouse was registered as a National Heritage Site in 1977.

Great video..thank you. I hope after Tehran shomal express way is finished ..the powers to be in Iran will find enough courage to transfer the administrative capital of Iran to some location up north. Plenty of space/ water/scenery/nature and mountains ..etc.. Tehran is too congested by now and exposed to aerial attacks by enemy air/space assets. All is need some guts by the next government and it can be done on a slow orderly pace. They need to build new cities in Iran anyway and they all do not have to be so close to Tehran in arid locations like the new Parand city..... just my thoughts.

Can someone tell me about clothes in Iran. It looks like most people wear Western clothes, but i see some people dressed in Salwar Kameez. Is that traditional iranian dress?

yes Iran is an four Seasons Country That is, you will always see Spring, summer, autumn, and winter whenever you travel to Iran. The formal ( meaning, offices and schools and universities and ministries and .... ) dress is Western dress, suit for men. But there are so many local dress that people wear when they are free.
