I guess the drought has affected the ceremonies too. I remember it was usually a big bucket of water making the pilot soaking wet!

Iranian conservatists being even annoyed by tourists coming to Iran

Iran behaved impulsive and childish quite frankly
My respond to the events which lead Iran to isolationism would be even more aggressive diplomacy, pursuing even more relations with the outside world
