What is the effective range of this Rocket launchers ? 

These look like grad rockets and 107mm rockets, anywhere from 8-25km unless they are equipped with upgraded grad rockets which can go 40km and further.

I must say, I am totally impressed with IRIAF maintenance crews' abilities in keeping so many F-4s and F-14s in operation. I bet it took some doing. They are pretty old airframes by now.
