I think India has more chance compare with other 3 countries.

Germany, Japan and Brazil all have bigger economies than India.

im gonna go ahead and say that china WILL veto any change involving japan getting a perm seat, other 3 is possible however.

Yes, the G4 has absolutely no chance of getting through. Japan alone is opposed by two veto powers, China and Russia. Any grouping that involves Japan, simply won't get through, they are essentially just another vote for America.
