Building sevrage lines of Karachi is not the responsibility of army. Army na to sirf dobay huay logon ko bachanay k liye rescue operation Kiya ha. It is like first aid. Baqi ilaj is responsiblity of Sindh government

then why did Sind government asked for army deployment in the city?

Saving people from the zulm of local bigray huay nawabs is responsibility of federation. Federation ko apni zimadari Puri krni chahiye

then why not in layyah or DG Khan?

These two districts are under the control of federation. And waisay bhi these areas don't have any khaas different problems these areas are like any other area of Punjab. But western area of dg khan is different due to natural reasons.

But nawabs are ruling these areas too under the banner of PTI federation.

As far as Federation of Pakistan is concerned, show me the order from the President of Pakistan who commands the armed forces not the prime of the nawabi ministers.
