Though this is a funny incident..... it demonstrates the amount of trust we have for each other.......

They would have been put down, these "dogs" can carry lots of diseases.
the Peta or human rights might come charging in on India for animal cruelty and will not at Pakistan for sending them in the first place similar to what happens across the LOC if you know what I mean.

Finally a reason behind Pakistan's economic condition and administrative failures.

Majority Pakistanis are hardwired to answer India no matter what India does, Pakistanis will reply it ("muh tod jawab") with Jazba .

A saner guy would have sent the dog back, but Pakistanis are different and over react when it comes to India related issues .

With this incident Pakistani authorities want to prove "Indiaaaa!!!!!, for every one dog you have we have 50 here in Pakistan(hungry and want to bark ) "

In other words these Dogs met a bigger community of DOGS across the border,their rightful place...Dog begets Dogs......
