They should have increased by Rs/-10, or shouldn't have decreased so steeply at the first place.

Exactly. People are always going to be against him no matter what. People determine International Crude Oil price. By people i mean supporter of Ganjas or worse Zardari. If people can elect like of these two blood sucking vermin then anything can be expected by them.
