There are mainly three fighting squadrons whereas the HQ has about two tanks, but it can't be counted as the real fighting squadron as it is mainly commanding the other three squadrons.

I visited a tank reg. Long time ago at he time I was told 44 tanks per reg as I stated in my original comments used to have not sure now

Looks like re org of fc kpk and Baluch with kpk north and south and Baluchistan north and south now headed by two stars generals and perhaps each unit headed by one star like khyber rifles chitral etc or at least by full Col

700 forts to be built on Pak af border with 73 F.C. wings being raised a wing is about 1000 men plus minus so assuming 70000 strength in addition to existing F.C. kpk and F.C. Baluch strength, 70000/700 so roughly 100 men. Per fort or some may be on fob covering forts

Actually it’s 750 forts and roughly 2340 km so 2340/750 so about every 3 km a fort with platoon /company size strength of course not counting existing establishment on the border

So fc total strength will be almost double by adding 73 wings both kpk and Baluch plus the high tech monitoring and comm gear

May be igfc will be a Lt. General or 3 star [emoji294]️ going forward

Also notice army troops under frontier CORP with CORP patch on the shoulders so looks like fc being brought under army ?? And no longer under moi ??

Approximately 500 million dollars for the fence covering all 2400 km western border I think paa sold this to civilian GOVT as paa can not afford it from defence budget ?? Correct

The decision was made by paa chief but I think civilian GOVT would have bought into idea to fence and pay for all this build up
