From thermal to solar units, China dominates India's power sector
Barring a few, all privately-owned thermal power units, roughly about 40,000 Mw, constructed over the past decade were built using Chinese equipment.

Thermal Power project | solar power projects | China's solar power

Right after winning India’s largest solar cell manufacturing tender this month, Gautam Adani, chairman of Adani Enterprises, was reported to have said he would edge out Chinese solar products in 3-5 years. This would be an uphill task, given the fact that Chinese firms supply equipment for 78 per cent of India’s solar power project market.

Owing to a robust supply chain and remarkably low prices, China has been fuelling the power sector's growth in India for about two decades now — from coal powered units to solar power. Barring a few, all privately-owned thermal power units, roughly about 40,000 Mw, constructed over the past decade were built using Chinese equipment.

Chinese influence might slow down in India due to obvious boycott.

But China will rule over many other smaller South Asian countries for sure. Some countries will be totally dependent on Chinese mercy in the next few years.

Very naive way to look at things.

I cant talk about other countries, from Pakistan perspective, we are China's strategic ally since the time of Chairman Mao, at a time when rest of the world discarded them as drug addict nation, we actually used our offices to bring China and America close. With this brief background, if we see our strategic partner have such a strong stranglehold on our enemy nation, we can only wish them well in future endeavors and common national security issues and geopolitics.

Saying no in the mouth, but your body is very honest.

Seems like China is hot technology and India hot air.
Let them boycott. Would love it when they pay 3 times the amount and their economy goes down 6 feet under.
