From Astra To Brahmos, True Success Story Of Indian Missile System In Supersonic Missiles|Battle Cry

.
We all very well know that Indians aren't coming up with anything of quality and there have been a lot of flops (Tejas and Arjun) but at least they're trying. Meanwhile we wait and do nothing. Example being T129 engine problem, we could've worked together with Turkey but nah lets wait until they make their own.

How would Pakistan working with Turkey have rectified the T129 engine problem? Turkey has a far more advanced gas turbine and metallurgy base than Pakistan ... if it has troubles solving the engine hurdle, then Pakistan would definitely too.

But joint ventures make the job easier.
My point here is that instead of joking about Indian tech all day, we should be aware that everything they do will benefit them in the long term.

I don't see the benefit for Turkey in this joint venture. They would supply all the technology and the know how ... unless Pakistan can provide a huge amount of money like India did to Russia for the Su-57 project, I can't see how Turkey would desire this. And a joint venture does not necessarily make the job easier at all ... look at the miserable failure that is the Su-57/FGFA JV for starters. Pakistan can only pray that Turkey will overcome this barrier (either by successfully developing the engine or by having the sanctions lifted) or they will have to pursue an alternative choice.

FGFA mainly failed because India couldn't stop being an a**
I was trying to make a point about making things on our own but alr.

Well you haven't made any solid point. What would Turkey get out of a joint venture when they can directly sell or license the production to Pakistan for far more benefit? As much flak as India receives, it was actually Russia which was primarily responsible for the FGFA's failure ... India paid the money and Russia took all of it and produced a subpar aircraft, which is why India left. Saying India "couldn't stop being an a**" is not only an oversimplification but also completely incorrect in this case. Of course, one can only respect Russia for ripping off India so much and for India to realize this so late into the game.

You need multi layered Air Defence systems. Secondly you also need to build your own capacity to launch hundreds of cruise missiles towards your enemy. Therefore Pakistan needs to come up with 1500 to 2500 versions of Babur. Plus develop supersonic cruise missiles and hypersonic ballistic missiles.
