Just a reminder for some... ISIS and Talibans are not friends...
ISIS will be seen as a foreign force... by the Talibans... and therefore could bring alliances btw TAL and the Afghani gov...
Maybe a new era in the making... who knows if the ISIS threat become , at least, as strong s the Taliabns...you could get Talibans making into the Gov...as a party...and an auxiliar force... who would have some autonomy...
