1. Not every culture consider vulgarity, mocking of disproportionate levels as equally offensive. What could be offensive for you may not be offensive for them.

2. Different countries will put laws as per their sensibilities and logic. Cow killing may sound very satanic in hinduism for some, but why should Pakistanis / Americans avoid it just to please India hindus? They will accommodate as much as they can and find logical.

The only reason they are approaching judiciary is because they now own it. Just like every other department of government and administration in India

I am finding your argument almost in what I believe but with slight difference. Let me elaborate -

Break up this scenario in two -

First within a country sharing similar culture - I am of opinion if one community gets hurt and offended because of an action of other, the other community should curb such action even if it finds the sensibilities of other illogical. Thats how a family operate, we have to co-exist on a daily basis.

Second with different country with absolutely different cultures - They should accommodate as much they can based on their acceptance and convenience with liability.

For the first reason I request Indian muslims not to insist on to eat cow meat, but for second reason I dont expect Pakistanis or French to respect these sentiments in their countries.

Moreover condemnation is not for arguing and asking, condemnation is for violent behavior if not granted.

It is their country, I am no one to want anything from them. Otherwise I would want Islamic world to turn secular tomorrow. I want people who live in other countries abide by their rule no matter how insulting they are to your sensibilities. If you can't, just move back to your country. Why would they bend backwards to accommodate you? You are not priority there. Resorting to violence for hurt feelings is a crime, period.
