France successfully tests the M51 missile

The Triomphant (SSBN) has successfully this July 1st at 9:18,launched a M51 ballistic missile (SLBM) from the Bay of Audierne (Finistère).

The missile, which had obviously no nuclear charge, was then followed by the means of the General Directorate of Armament (DGA) and the tracking ship (BEM) Monge.
It fell in a desolate area located in the North Atlantic.

In its statement, the Ministry of Defence insists that this trial was conducted "in strict compliance with international commitments of France."

4 countries make ICBM ( incl. sub launched ) with 10 000km + range.
By order of max range : Russia, China, USA, France.

The special case with M-51 is the EMP producing heads available for it.
Does this indicate a first strike intent ... is an unresolved question.

By throw weight, you must mean mass, young lady? If so 52.000kg more or less.
If you meant what it throws, the TNO is a gradable head up to 150ktons.
