Muslims should have just ignored the cartoons, I am not Muslim but I had never even heard of Charlie Hebdo before the attack on it nor did I know about the taboo against drawing Muhammad. All Muslims did was amplify their weak points and now outsiders know what buttons to push to provoke a disproportionate reaction.

Disrespect of Prophet(May Allah's Peace and Blessings be upon him) was never a hidden secret from the very beginning!

China got rich. Both India and Pak couldn't.. corruption.
Anyway, US is rich because of cheap oil and world domination. Swiss is rich bcz of African coca, as a haven for looters.. besides they make watches and small arms, some AD units..
