I dont care what Timur did. Timur was Mongol. His Mother language was Mongol. When Timur invaded India, Turks fought against Timur. Dont talk like Timur is my ancestors.

There are lots of people who plundered the Indian subcontinent (present day Indian and pak) who were either Turkish or descended from turks. Qutb-ud-din aibak and his mamluk dynasty being another example.

Anyway the point is that the modern day nation state off the Republic of India has nothing to do with earlier generations. Just like Turkish people today wouldn't want to answer for the crimes of their ancestors.

India is in US block today as well, Pakistan is like the red headed step child, and Turkey is doing what it needs for its people. The historical animosity and countless wars fought between the Ottomans against the Russians made it of no surprise that Turkey joined NATO.

Did India give in to uncle sam's pressure to purchase US fighters? Did India agree for a US base? Did India agree to US's terms in the nuclear deal? These western coutries are known for their hypocrisy and France has added another statement which its a hypocrite beyond doubt.

First of all, Indians killed our soldier by firing across the LOc and France did not condemn it. And France of all countries is no position to condemn such action when it has gone to Mali to capture the natural resources in the process killing innocent Mali civilians. This all is going on in the name of ear against terror. Thats such a bull$hit.

I dont see a day very far when this whole narrative of a lie on which the power of the west have created their might will fall flat.

I can't understand what you're implying. In previous post, you ridiculed pre-independent Indians (WW1 & WW2) on whole for working with British. No you claim you won independece with money of BRITISH Muslims of South Asia and USSR. Where Hindus come in between. Should they sent gold and AK47's with the name 'Hey Ram' written on it?

France although made a smart move by condemning the killings of 2 Indian soldiers for their defense deals. They have politically made an irresponsible statement being the only European country to condemn it and looking foolishly for it. Pakistan should make a statement condemning France for the killing of hundreds of thousands of Algerians and French occupation of Algeria and Vietnam.

The few 100% Muslim regiments that existed in the British Indian army like the 15th Lancers (today part of the Baloch regiment in the Pakistan Army) or the 5th native Light Infantry mutinied when they were ordered to fight the Turks or feared that they were being sent to the Mesopotamian front. These regiments were pretty much entirely made up of Muslim Punjabis, Pashtuns and Balochis, that is modern day Pakistanis. If your interested read about the Singapore mutiny 1915 and the refusal of the 15th lancers to leave Basra when ordered.

@ topic. France has a habit of finding "atrocities" committed by countries whose interests dont fall in line with their own. Turkey apparently committed "genocide" against the Armenians whilst atrocities committed on the Muslims in the Caucases do not amount to genocide. (recently found out that half of Yerevans population a hundred years ago was Muslim Azeri/Turk. Today they probably dont make up more than 1%. I wonder what happened to them. Even more ironic is that France itself has a bloody past especially in N. Africa. Algerian genocide anyone?
