France calls for UN-led mission to evaluate China's Uighur treatment

The only few groups crying about this hoax come from nations with a history of colonizing, massurdering, repressing, blockading and bombarding Muslim countries until this day and then some trolls keep asking why no one of their victims gives a shit about their crocodile tears, when they cheer for innocent Muslims getting shot and beaten to death by Indians, blown up by Brits and Australians and derived of basic needs and starved out by the USA when they arent bussy doing all the other things, just 5 minutes later.

These are the same countries crying crocodile tears like Australia (worlds shoe gum) who themselves created an Island with deplorable conditions for Rohingya refugees, etc.

France calls for UN-led mission to evaluate China's Uighur treatment

France called Tuesday for a United Nations-led observer mission to evaluate the treatment of China's Uighur population and accused Beijing of "indefensible practices" against the Muslim minority.

The proposal by Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian comes as tensions rise between France and China after Paris intensified its expression of public concern over the treatment of Uighurs in the western Xinjiang region.

"Since they say my statements are baseless, we propose an international mission of independent observers, under the auspices of (U.N.) rights commissioner Michelle Bachelet, to visit and bear witness," Le Drian told lawmakers in parliament.

Rights groups and experts say more than one million ethnic Uighurs and other Turkic-speaking minorities have been rounded up in internment camps.

Speaking in parliament last week, Le Drian pointed to allegations including "imprisonment camps for Uighurs, mass detentions, disappearances, forced labor, forced sterilizations and the destruction of Uighur heritage."

China's foreign ministry rejected those comments as "lies," saying that Xinjiang issues were not about human rights, religion, or ethnicity but about "countering violent terrorism and separatism."

But Le Drian stepped up his rhetoric on Tuesday, saying that in Xinjiang "there are indefensible practices that go against the universal principles enshrined in the major international human rights conventions."

He also accused the government of "widespread surveillance of the population and a comprehensive system of repression throughout the region."

Beijing and London have also locked horns on the issue after British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said it was "clear that there are gross, egregious human rights abuses going on" in the region.

Foreign ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin rejected the claim as "nothing but rumors and slander."

The controversy over the treatment of Uighurs comes as tensions between the West and China rise over a draconian new security law in Hong Kong and mounting opposition to the use of products made by the Chinese telecom giant, Huawei.

Matter of other doors to be opened when PRC admits and is frank with what it is doing and why....and maybe do something like remove PRC citizenship from Uighurs....so at least its practicing some basic level of honesty on the matter.

Right now CCP is still claiming these are all normal things operating under PRC constitution and that Uighur PRC citizenship is not in question while this is happening to them at this scale.

If PRC asserts that to be the operating norm, well more countries will simply have to establish the facts on the ground....because PRC loses more and more trust and credibility each passing year.

It make no sense when they are standing the anti-China position. China is preparing the internal circle of economy for the worst situation, will not yield to the anti China camps.

France has always been one of the most vile, people should stop glorifying french culture, which is just vapid and superficial to the core and based on colonial loots .France was a leading player in gaddafi's assassination, and still colonizing much of africa, inflicting millions of civilian casualties in due process.

The seer irony of france when,

re-education-camps.png

FRANCE themselves used the re-education camps now they are hypocritically demonizing china, for few political point from the US.

That’s what I’m saying haha

No country has perfect history on the issues it expresses today...gained by learning and improving as a whole.

Anyway should the result Algeria achieved... be the same for Uighurs going by your logic?

The last thing those frogs “French” should be called is improved. They still have a strong hold on former colonies and orchestrating coups against those who do not toe French line. Control contracts those countries deal in, and control the funds as well. Unchecked killing based on excuses, uses their dictators to justify a lot of their evil in Africa. Those snakes didn’t improve morally or ethically they just found different routes that achieve the same thing while others are blind.
