This is not a Pakistani problem but a world wide problem. Children and women are vulnerable to the sick minded and the doped and drunken louts in any country. To read that a family member was responsible makes me sick. A 4 year old who in her last moments was wondering why she was being hurt by a man who she most probably trusted and respected. May the angels of Heaven receive her with smiles. As for the culprit if he is guilty he should be left in a prison cell with at least 10 large oversexed homosexuals who should ensure that he is taken good care of. RIP to the innocent little victim.
