Three of the suspects have been identified as Haider, Numan and Muzibullah. The fourth is a minor. They were arrested by the National Investigation Agency or NIA from a village on the outskirts of Ranchi.
They allegedly planned and executed the Patna bombings along with Tehseen Akhtar, the current chief of the Indian Mujahideen, who was arrested in March from a village close to the Nepal border.
Among them, Haidar or 'Black Beauty' is believed to be the head of the Ranchi module of the Indian Mujahideen.
Seven people were killed in eight blasts just ahead of Mr Modi's Hunkar rally in Patna's Gandhi Maidan on October 27 to campaign for the national election.
The NIA has arrested eight accused in the case till now. A ninth accused was killed while he was planting a bomb at the Patna railway station.
