We know Indians are famous misers. They would not visit BD and spend money on sightseeing except that quite a few Indian Bengali with BD background come and visit their ancestral homes here and there, they are welcome.

Better you open the border with NE for our free-spending people to visit it, Bhutan and Nepal. It will cause a little extra earning by the Indians in the border zones.
