Four Chinese warships passed the contiguous zone around Japan’s southwestern islands to enter the East China Sea on Dec. 10, the Defense Ministry said.

Two destroyers and two frigates were spotted between Yonagunijima and Iriomotejima islands around 5 a.m. that day, the ministry said.

The vessels appeared heading toward the disputed Senkaku Islands at 20 kph, but changed course to a northwesterly direction and left the contiguous zone around 10 a.m.

Shinsuke Sugiyama, director-general of the Foreign Ministry’s Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, telephoned Han Zhiqiang, minister at the Chinese Embassy, and called for a calm response.

The flotilla was apparently on a return trip from a drill in the Pacific Ocean. The vessels passed between Okinawa’s main island and Miyakojima island on Nov. 28, the ministry said.

Chinese navy ships entered the East China Sea through the contiguous zone around Japan’s southwestern islands for the first time on Oct. 16. Seven ships were involved on that occasion.

Japan deployed three Ageis days ago supposed to intercept DPRK's rocket to protect Japan territory safety , they just let it go when the rocket passed upon Okinawa. Is that means Japan sinuously admit Okinawa is Belonging to China or just a barking dog get its best.:china:

Please don't derail this thread. We Chinese people have no major problem with Vietnam. Our main nemesis is Japan..

Thank for the info. I put my question because there is obviously no Japanese in the forum. Maybe they are to scared.

Seems that Japan is afraid of war with DPRK.

DPRK is like a country that has nothing to lose. Nothing to eat but missiles.

Enemy of enemy is... friend.

There is a saying " Sale the far relative to buy the close neighbor " But if the close neighbor is too evil we should make friend with the whole world, far or near, except that evil close neighbor, who is ready to swallow us
