The aftermath of this is a
massive operation against shia individuals who many would argue had no role whatsoever in the killing of these ASWJ mullahs. Now lets note what role the courts have played in this. We already know that courts were responsible for the release of Abdul Aziz Ghazi who praised Laden and named a library after him. Another act by the courts was to declare ASWJ legal in 2014 after being banned for a small period. On the other hand even moderate groups of shias like tehreek e jafaria have been banned regularly including in 2002.
This is the heart of the problem. Why should a shia life lost or any other minority be treated as expendable. We all know the link ASWJ has with LeJ yet we are blind and deaf, even after the brutal killing of police cadets near Quetta. I don't understand what the government and courts are doing. Note this article:

Now NAP or National Action Plan should have eliminated these kinds of biases of supporting militants by courts but it has not fully been implemented. A solid policy is needed. One where we acknowledge that those killing our minority groups are also terrorists, not just TTP which is killing sunnis recklessly. We can't fight terrorism if we tolerate or in this case sanction it against shias.
I will tag some Quetta friends here since the problem is most visible in it and its surrounding parts. Do suggest a solution
