Dont get me started on the black coats here .... The people of Pakistan are in for a big big surprise in near future. Very soon you will find the black coats and the new govt squared off against each other as well ... the problem with everyone here is the ..HUM APNI AUQAT BHOOLNAY MAIN TIME NAHIN LAGATAY .. (we spend not a moment to forget who we really are) ... the moment these judges are reinstated, they are totally going to get intoxicated with the idea of their invincibility and hence you will have two Supreme Houses working parallel to each other. The comming govt is going to face the same problem as to what the previous one did ...... the same SUO MOTTOs and same suspension of govt functionaries..... The matter is going to get uglier, since these black coats are now beleiving that they are the restorers of democracy.
I often wonder ..what exactly is meant by AZAD ADLIA .... the same judges, as long as were in the favour of the govt, legitimized every act, and when the matter came on to them, violently reacted. I am in not favour of what Musharraf did and how he deposed the judges ... what i am referring to is the fact, that if the comming govt thinks that they can have a jolly good time from the judicial side, after restoring the deposed judges. they are so sadly mistaken. Mark my word on this day and time. and you shall see for yourself, how the same judges, who were harping the tune of democracy, will be the reason for all sorts of the troubles for Democracy of Pakistan in the future.
Just because i beleive that my view on a subj is right, does not mean that it is also in the interest of the state. Sometimes, the state has to take actions which are unethical and absoultely wrong in every sense of the word, but in the name of the state they are to be taken. It is said, that the biggest clash was the unlawful abductions of the indls suspected to be involved in acts of terror. Pakistan in in difficult times. India also imposed the POTA in Kashmir to curb the insurgency. The act was spewed upon from every corner of India. Human Rights activists staged what and what not to stop this law, but it was forced anyways.... .WHY ... in the interest of the state. but did you even listen to a single case of where the Indian Supreme Court had asked the govt to give clarifications or dismissed govt functionaries??? no ... because in their case, they always rise above their personal agendas and do what is right for the state. When will we ever learn that ...
I want to ask a very simple question from all of you .... How many out of you, have been arrested by the police or the intelligence agencies ever????? i am not talking about traffic skirmishes ??
I am sure the answer will be never ever..... and y is that ... well that is because you are not involved in any of such activities. Trust me on one thing. People who have been nabbed and taken to untold locations are in one way or the other definitely involved in some hanky panky, only that is y they are arrested. Trust me when i say that .... the police and the intelligence agencies are not that VAILAY that they go around arresting people for fun .... Obviously the families of such people will say that they are innocent. Even a murderer says that the axe fell on the victims head and gravity is to be blamed for splitting his head open in two ....
Are we in any way capable of rising above personal feuds for the love of the state ??
Lets wait and see
