As per Express Tribune, Laskhar-e-Jhangvi has claimed the crime, the hero being a well-known Shiah of the Hazara community...

.
This is definitely an act of people who are against Pakistan and its interests. A sad day and national loss for Pakistan.
Looks like nobody is safe under ghaddari government.

Why would Laskhar e Janglee be hell bent on inciting sectarian violence when they can have a field day with their fav enemy amrika just across the border? What sense does it make to kill innocent people due to their religious affiliations?

Perhaps laskar e janglee wants to score some points by exacting revenge for hazara collaboration with allied forces in Afghanistan by attacking Hazara's in Pakistan because these cowards cant be bothered to jump in a battle field and fight like men they claim to be by on video messages released from safe houses.

Its not only the current government, the killing of well known members of minorities and sects has been ongoing since the 80's.

LeJ specializes in targeting minority sects who according to them are Kafirs and should not be called Muslims.

They are closely affiliated with Al Qaeda and receive generous donors from Gulf States as they want to eradicate all the minority sects from Pakistan.

These people have no credible links with Amreeka, instead they are closely linked to organizations that have deep relations with Arab states and our establishment. Don't try to blame those who have no role in this particular tragedy, its so shameful and devastating to live through this when our heroes are being brutally killed by terrorists like this.

Lawlessness in Balochistan – The Express Tribune

The ruthless murder in Quetta of boxer Abrar Hussain, a three-time Olympian, cannot be condemned vociferously enough. Hussain was a man who represented the country with pride, was not a political figure of any kind and had no affiliation that would have suggested his life was in danger. The banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has claimed responsibility for the murder and, if they are to be believed, this is further confirmation that terrorism cannot be negotiated with, it must be defeated by force. Lashkar-e-Jhangvi is notorious for fanning sectarian flames and it would appear that Hussain was murdered for no other reason than being a prominent figure from the Hazara community. That Laskhar-e-Jhangvi still has the power to carry out such an audacious attack is an indictment of the current and previous governments. The terrorist group has been involved in attacks for well over a decade now, including an assassination attempt on former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, bombing French engineers in Karachi, involvement in the kidnapping of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl as well as scores of sectarian attacks. Lashkar-e-Jhangvi also has ties to the Taliban and al Qaeda, which makes the impunity with which they are allowed to operate a cause for international outrage. Although technically an outlawed organisation, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi has had no problems in recruiting men and proselytising their cause. As the continued operation of Lashkar-e-Taiba under the Jamaatud Dawa banner shows, such bans exist only on paper.

In condemning such attacks, we tend to forget the victims of the violence. Let that not be the case with Abrar Hussain. He was only 50 years old and in his short life had represented Pakistan at the Olympics, even winning a gold medal at the Asian Games in 1990. For his efforts in making Pakistan a force to be reckoned with in boxing he was awarded both the Sitara-i-Imtiaz and the Pride of Performance. In memory of his life and accomplishments, his murderers must be apprehended and the ban on Lashkar-e-Jhangvi enforced.

But the sad reality is that these terrorist who now operate under the umbrella of TTP have been honing their terror killing skills on mainly Shia & Ahmedis. Before 911 such news never made it to front news but just because the TTP have now opened up a whole sale of terrorism now every one of us is feeling the pain and blaming our favourite enemy.

They have been killing Shia's and Ahmedis for decades now, before it was pushed aside by the governments like Sharif who support these terrorists.

It initially started with the Ahmadi's, this is what Begum Liaqat Ali Khan wrote while protesting the deaths.

During the past one year, Newspapers have reported murders of Ahmadi notables in mysterious circumstances. Begum Liaquat Ali Khan (Daily Dawn, Karachi, July 10th 1985)

It then moved to Shia's notables who were being killed by Sipah-e-Sahaba.

Maulana Haq Nawaz Jhangvi, Maulana Zia-ur-Rehman Farooqi, Maulana Eesar-ul-Haq Qasmi and Maulana Azam Tariq established the SSP, initially known as the Anjuman Sipah-e-Sahaba in September 1985 in an environment of increasing sectarian hostility in Pakistani Punjab.

Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, Terrorist Group of Pakistan

Now once again, they are going full force killing doctors, intellectuals, known personalities and anyone that hails from the mentioned groups.

These groups are supported by the Sharif brothers and their party.
