I walk the streets of New York everyday, I don't know about London, but here in the States, Indians are respected, we are the single most successful ethnic minority in the country, so much for being abhorred. Can't say the same for Pakistanis though. Pakistan gets an almost daily thrashing on the news. Try watching the news sometime. I think you might have confused our country for yours.

Pakistan did not destroy the soviet union, you'd have to be a fool, an ignorant fool, to believe it. You did not have the money and you did not have the technology. Pakistan was used by the US as a surrogate to give birth to the Mujhahideen composed of Arabs, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and Africans. The Americans promptly left you to deal with all the blow back which of course included all of Zia's blunders.

Actually we did have money for the technology; it was the US which proved to be an unreliable partner.

The Indian leadership is mature enough to not be taken for a ride. We have plenty of examples to prove it. The simple fact is that the US is the sole super power, there is much we can gain from them, we need them more than they need us but yet time and again Indian diplomacy surprises me. (Nuclear deal, EUA agreement, ISRO's agreement...etc)

Huh; they are playing you against China to keep it in check; just as Pakistan was played against the Soviet Union. At that time we also thought that the US was an all-weather friend.

At this time; India has a lot of money to spend; and the US wants it; so enjoy it while it lasts You are getting a lot of strings attached to your deals if you read the news

Is India at war with China? Has the US ever taken duped us like they have Pakistan? Will India fight China if they invade Taiwan? how many times has Pakistan fought for American interests?

And why bring religion into everything, Zaid Hamid is a fool, the affect he's had on you is obvious. What does being Muslim have to do with anything? India is the only Hindu majority country with nukes, the Chinese are agnostic, what now?

By settling Kashmir will bring peace, i do not think so!! The hatred that runs in Pakistan towards India is greater then the Kashmir issue. Just look at the example of Afganistan consulates. Just because India's presence is there, a new conspiracy theory is formulated.

Isnt is true for India as well infact the hatred that exists within India for Pakistan is far greater then the opposite. Just open up any Indian forum and you will realize what kind of hatred lies within an Indian mind as compared to here on a Pakistani based forum where Indians are given a free hand to express their point of view no matter how anti Pakistan that may be.

So Mr.Jeypore next time you accuse us of hatred, how about you see the mirror first and the judge which side the hatred exists more.

Coming back to the topic if India wants to forget Pakistan, we ant exactly dying to remember India either, however the disputes between the 2 side forces them to again look towards each other for a possible solution and not just Pakistan alone.

Being Muslim has everything to do with everything. In this increasingly atheist world; we have a right to protect our beliefs; with Islam now as the largest religion in the world; as we are looked down upon as barbaric and uncivilised all over the world; which unfortunately is a result of the the idiots in our government and the arab world...

And no; i'm not a fan of Zaid Hamid; he speaks the truth tho
