If you say Bangladeshi people do not like current Pakistani people or current Pakistan as a country, it will be wrong. But if you say Bangladeshis hate Pakistan of 1947-1971, hate Pakistani action during the liberation war, hate Pakistani interference of war crime trial or support of Jamate Islami, then it is true.I find it regrettable that, most of the Pakistanis are unable to distinguish between this two.
I personally love current Pakistan.Does that mean I have to love the Pakistani action in 1971 too? Have I to deny the injustice inflicted upon East Pakistan during 1947-1971 period also? No, I will not do that. If any Pakistani try to hogwash the crime committed by Pak army in 1971 or Pakistani state policy during 1947-1971, then I will certainly give response which will not sound like Pakistan friendly. But otherwise I like Pakistan as a south Asian muslim country and want close, friendly co-operation between Pakistan and Bangladesh. There are some Pakistani posters here, who talk like a typical hindutva fanatic regarding Bangladesh, they put racist caricature here, put down Bangladesh or belittle it, or claim something which only Indian hindutvas are fond of claiming. So I also give response which sometimes sound like hostile to Pakistan. If you throw rocks, than rocks will be thrown to you in response. If you say negatively to Bangladesh, then similar negative response will be given to Pakistan. If you translate that response as I am hostile to Pakistan, then I can not do much.
