These reports you cite are just toilet paper. I can get a few guy's ( Axact in Pakistan was doing this ) and generate multiple studies by dubious paid "experts" and then tie them all up to generate all sort of rubbish claims. So don't bother posting this 'failed' bull. You want to masturbate on that go ahead son do it.

1.How does a failed state like Pakistan have the largest private ambulance network in the world that even has medical helicopters all for free?

2. How does a failed state like Pakistan have the largest ( unique to South Asia ) welfare programme in South Asia that provides social security to the poor and last year disbursed more than $1 billion dollars in social welfare payments?

3. How does a failed state like Pakistan launch and be half way through one of South Asia's most impressibe expressway/motorway project?

4. How does a failed state maintain a credible nuclear deterant that has kept at bay a much larger ( 7 times ? ) so called "SupePowa India" tied on a dog leash despite countless provocations?
