let me try explaining it again? If the majority of the people wanted Alasad out, then Alasad would have been out already, because the power and the will of the people can't be beaten no matter what, no guns or weapons and stop the people...

Egyptians wanted Mubarak out since 1990 at least and they could not sack him until last year. Al-Assad will be out no matter what. Its a matter of time. We are just worried about Syria and its great people.

Not true!! Egyptians have been aggressively protesting against Mubarak for the past 10 years..... Also, when did Syrians say they want Al-Assad ? The killing that is taking place in Syria says otherwise. A FAIR elections would tell what do the Syrian people want.

check out the present countries that follow actual sharia they have the lowest crime rates compared to the non-sharia(eg:-western) countries.

Victims of rape have enough self imposed shame, but if the culture does little or nothing to encourage victims to come out of that shell, then this culture of sharia laws that is supposedly so respectful of women is actually no good for women at all.

Stop falling back upon what the book says but start focusing on how your society lives. No one expects perfect obedience to a set of ideals and am willing to say that we do not always live according to ours either. But the issue is about how close or how far a society is from what it professed to believe and obey. The way I see it, the more you quote the Quran, the more it seems you are evading the real question posed by the Quran: 'Why are you not living the way I (the Quran) say you should?'

Yes, and Syrians support Assad. Why would any other countries opinion matter? Actually Assad proposed free presidential elections with UN supervision, and West declined. They demand that power would be transferred to their assigned people.
