These pictures were released most likely by low level officials and there is no incompetence he will be spitting all of his geeta seeta out to after Punjab Police treatment is given to him

Premature release of a suspect's name and picture means he is burned and everyone knows he's burned making it much harder to follow leads and any information you get from this guy is useless. Clearly Peter Paul David isn't the big fish.

The swift response of agencies to this attack is appreciable and the fun fact is it was just a provincial level intelligence agency Counter Terrorism Department (CTD Punjab) not even a federal agency.

Peter P David was not even the given chance to move out from Lahore and was apprehended less than few hours with such strong evidences that he himself had to admit his involvement in this attack, 2 mobile phones recovered from him proved helpful to identify people in his contacts specially the local facilitators.

H also has US Nationality.

yaap not a big fish but a mid level operator who was the main contact at least for this terror attack, the big fish you are referring is his so called business partner who might have left Bahrain even before the terrorist attack at Lahore.
