They dont classify foreigners based on their tourist visa but based on the citizenship they hold. Most non residents Indians who come to visit their relatives don't come on a tourist visa.
India's tourism prospects are promising, and foreign tourists in China's tourism industry have been declining in recent years. It is estimated that the depreciation of the RMB this year will increase some tourists.
Yes if they hold PIO card (most do nowadays).
Yes PIO/OCI/NRI are in same groupAre PIOs included in NRI category in this report?
PIO/OCI is not a visa status, in fact they get U visaNo PIO's will come under foreigners. PIO is a visa status does not change your citizenship.
I wish you could go through that report in detail, it has more than what you can phantom off.Apart from goa I have never seen large number of foreign tourists anywhere in India. I have seen a few in Uttarakhand and near himalayan mountains but they are fairly low spending bikers or hippes. High spending tourists mostly focus on Kerala and few in rajasthan. Even in India's busiest airports like Delhi or mumbai you will rarely see significant touristy looking foreingers. Some business travellers thats about it. Most INdian flights to and from aborad are generally filled (ninety five percent plus with desis).

when a braindead bhakth argues it just sounds like mumbo jumbo mantras vomited by brahmin in puja of which he himself does not know the meaning. No PIO/OCI and NRI are not in the same group. what visa is printed on OCI ? OCI itself is visa. sheesh. The standard technique of tiring out people with circular, irrelevant details. They do this because they have no self respect.
When you dont know anything, dont spread the bull shit. You stink like gutter on the forum, when you do that.
Until recently a U visa sticker was put on the foreign passports of OCI.

Hey false flag Bakistani, the only difference a PIO have from an NRI is, an NRI can vote and buy agricultural land. While a PIO can live in India for unlimited time, buy real estate, land etc... UK take PIO as dual nationality.OCI card clearly says " No VISA required" - what does that mean ? OCI = overseas citizen of India. PIO = People of Indian Origin, NRI = non resident Indian . How are they same you moron - OCI and PIO can be argued as same with different priveleges

And who the fuk cares if he's an Indian origin,or a foreigner the dollar is always green.
LOL! It's the Arabic name of Pakistan given there is no P in Arabic word. Anyway, what is "bakistani" ..it takes some gall to come to a pakistani centric forum and use slander words against them.
NRI is Indian moron - he is just not resident Indian for tax purposes. whereas PIO and OCI are not Indians but foreign passport holders with some ancestral or cultural connection to India.
Well your fellow bhakth cared a lot - all I was saying is that most "tourism" in India is people of desi origin.

Did I say NRI is not an India?, read what I said instead of blabbering stuff like a fool. Also, how do you know most tourist in India is PIO card holders. Now you start giving numbers out of your as$?

@Viny @Chhatrapati
Don't bother with this butthurt piece of crap.
I for one love how much coverage foreign tourists are giving India now on youtube. It's reaching a really large audience out there....much more than this false flagger crying in here.
31 billion USD revenue is good growth and must keep increasing. It is now nearly 10 times what it was in early 2000s.

Please don't shatter his bubble. It's not worth it.
Oh I'm so scared.Reporting your post let mods take what they want to.
A PIO card holders do not need tourist visa. Number of tourist are based on the number of tourist visa granted. Is it that hard to comprehend? Some cognitive deficiency.what blabbering you moron..you said NRI/PIO/OCI are same when they arent. And I said most foreign tourists in India are desis not PIO specifically.
