Foreign diplomats will be protected at all costs: Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said that it was responsibility of the government to protect foreign diplomats "at all costs".

Speaking to Geo News, Kaira said the Punjab government should have ensured that the protesters who came from Rawalpindi and Murree were stopped from entering Islamabad.

The information minister appealed to protesters to remain peaceful. He also urged political and religious parties to refraining from fuelling hate and destroying the country.

Kaira further said that Pakistan was the only Muslim country who had declared Ishq-e-Rasool (PBUH) day on Friday to protest against the anti-Islam film.

Good Decision by Government of Pakistan..These protestors are retarded.They need to understand that this particular video is not made by Government of US.They should target financials of the company who made the video and try to hit Google financially (And they would remove the video if their revenue is hurt because it's a public company not a private one) rather then wasting time on these protests...
