I am Tax Consultant, and i dont thing in Income Tax Ordinance their is any provision that undeclared Property will be legalized by just paying Penalty.

In that case with out issuing Show cause, or FBR issued Order for Penalty which is illegal by it self.

something is fishy.
If that is legal, then their should be opportunity for every Pakistani, who's undeclared Property if found, will pay penalty and get legalized.
