US was so friendly to you guys that they would have invested billions to develop your economy ,infra,education ..everything. Instead you only asked for weapons and fought war after war for them. Today when you are not doing so well , what most of you do is blame US for your miseries.

Our problem was weak civilian leadership. As for weapons - well I'm glad we asked for them because our enemy is 7 times larger and we needed them. Not your concern though, you should focus On your own country and helping the hundreds of millions in destitution and poverty

Our no.1 enemy has always been poverty . I m glad that our leaders have always given it top priority , hopefully in a two or three decades will overcome it.

what do you think happened? very stupid question if you ask me, and the reason is very obvious. Alot of people dont like the US anymore, they like to stick their nosesin everything, screw other countries, force their ideology with bombs. The list goes and, oh and if you didnt realize. This is not the 60s or 70s, alot can change in 50 years

Weak civilian leadership that actually wants to do something for the poor Pakistanis and not for the military who's been taking over majority of everything for centuries? If this "Weak" leadership goes away, your country will go back to the violent state it was at till Musharraff, the economy will hit the brick, you'll file for bankruptcy and this time, no one's going to give you guys 9MM Pistols, let alone sophisticated weapons. A country with Taliban Khan and Mullah Greeder are greedy for power and are allowing their innocent civilians to get killed, how are you NOT worried if you are India or the US or Afghanistan or anything?
Taliban Khan wanted to "discuss peace" with Talibans and AQ all along. It was the civilian leadership that decided to do the operation. Good, bad or ugly, it will clean up the area from the terrorists. Now imagine having the Taliban Khan run your country.....no one would want you to even have the word "Nukes" written on your wall, let alone having the nukes.
These extremist leaders who don't care for their own citizens lives, will definitely not care for other countries and their citizens in the case of a conflict. Their extreme mentality is ALSO the reason for coming or stealing power through violence vs. the vote. These guys are not democratic and if they did their extremist magic this time, I think Pakistan will be permanently listed as the most dangerous and intolerable state to live in and to do business in. There will be bankruptcy and a total collapse of the economic system.

On the topic, the US and India aren't Pakistan's biggest enemies. An Enemy is someone who wants to destabilize and destroy the country, its public safety, and its democratic system, the economy and values through different means. Here, the biggest threat facing Pakistan right now is your own IK (aka, the Taliban Khan) and the Greedy Mullah (or collectively the Greeders). These two are doing everything that will destroy Pakistan's system, economy, will get innocents killed and a total collapse of the whole system with sanctions waiting to be applied if the mighty (not) military comes in.

Take out the US, India and Israel from the list please. You guys are enough between your tribes and ethnic groups to destroy your country, no external help needed!

and youre a fool if you think it was the govt that spear-headed the military operation.....one of the very reason why civil-mil relations in Pakistan are sub-optimal is bc of the govt's cowardice.

Pakistanis generally will set aside any political divisions when faced by indian threats/beliggerance as history shows. Pakistan was mired in political crises under the curse of zardari but then lo and behold then came mumbai drama/soap opera in 2008 and when indian made threats everyone set aside their political garbage and divisions and were waving flags on their roofs

im sure it works the same way over there in hindstan
