Can we all agree that smuggling is illegal? Both sides can we? If so, can we also agree that BSF is allowed to take action against such morons? Yes, follow your constitution and laws, i am pretty sure beating up smugglers or shooting at them is part of the Indian constitution, I maybe wrong since nothing surprised me in that country.
