IN/PK already have people to people contact. Many Indians go to Pakistan and Pakistanis come to India.
We don't have a travel ban, there are pilgrims from India visiting Pakistan and vise versa.

You shouldn't commend it, because it happens all the time. Also, India and Pakistan already have business relations although quite low in recent days.
