IEA will clean up Panjshir within a day they are not gonna negotiate anything further and this visit has other elements to it such as cooperation and stragetic partnership etc etc.. I know but there is nothing to negotiate about with Amrullah Saleh.. That part was entirely an assumption. Panjshir will be cleaned within a day.. But the meeting has greater focus

Through negotiations people like Saleh can be permanently sidelined, and a lasting peace build. Through fighting alone there is always a chance these kinds of elements will try to come back. Even if the meeting has greater focus, this potential threat needs to be nipped in the bud ASAP, and hopefully that can be done with negotiations and dialogue alone. If they are stalling and negotiations don’t go anywhere, then it may come to combat but let’s hope the brothers of the late Ahmed Shah Mehsood can convince their people to not fight.
