A couple of things here, he didn't say the ummah stands with India, rather they have investments and interests there.
Can we also stop the anti-Arab comments @Dubious , the Arabs are a massive and diverse people. Saudi's biggest daily which is indicative of state policy came out brutally against what happened, and relations are very strong. Yes there's controversy about what happened with the UAE, but that's one nation.
He's right though this is Pakistan's issue and we shouldn't count on help from anyone.

I guess the problem with these places will always be that they are essentially running as family businesses and not actual countries. If their native population actually had some democratic input then the feelings of the Gulf Arab street might have been more favourable to humanitarian & Muslim causes.

The concept of Ummah existed before numerous borders appeared. Now it is just a mess spread across three continents.

Victory has many fathers but defeat is an orphan. If we sit it out and Kashmir is lost for good, no cares except Pakistan. If Pakistan acted out alone and lost to India, no one is coming to rescue (remember east Pakistan). If Pakistan successfully liberate the entire Kashmir, then there will be a line of bootlickers from all across the globe.

So the choice is ours but also be ready to face the consequences of our actions (alone), whatever they might be.

I am trying but SOME of the Pakistanis here prefer hearing from indian sources than trusting their nations!

No one will openly help us...I have mentioned this multiple times...There is no diplomat who will risk calling out support to one or the other except to preach peace. Why?
