Unbelievable strength of character that is a Massive flow of water truly a miracle the man saved the children
Is there any legislation in Pakistan to prevent such irregularities?
Don't obstruct the natural waterways for your personal gains OR water will teach you a lesson and indeed it will be a harsh one.
Wind, Fire, and Water are only controllable to a certain extent.
In many places, corrupt influential people and 'waderas' grabbed the lands in waterways and converted them to farmlands to save them against floods, constructing illegal earth-filled dams exposing the whole population of the area at risk - now we are witnessing the result.

Asif Zardari's brother-in-law member of the National Assembly, Nawabzada Mir Manwar Ali Khan Talpar Saheb, provided financial assistance of Rupees 50/-, yes fifty rupees to the flood-affected people of his constituency, whose houses, livestock, and land were destroyed.
If there is any such generous MNA in the whole of Pakistan then come forward.

PESHAWAR: The Nowshera region near the Kabul River was at risk of high-level floods as the water levels rose by 300,000 cusecs, the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) flood warning cell cautioned on Saturday.
The cell further warned that the Adezai Bridge at the Kabul River were also susceptible to severe flooding.
According to the latest reports received around 3 pm, water levels have not risen in the Kabul River and 315,282 cusecs of water easily flowed through into the Indus River.
The Information and Public Relations Cell District Administration Nowshera stated that the water level could decrease in the next two hours.
Meanwhile, water levels rose in the Jundi River giving way to potential high-level flooding on the highway.
The flood warning cell’s announcement came shortly after the Pakistan Metrological Department (PMD) warned that the Indus River may reach high to very high flood levels at Kalabagh and Chashma.
According to the PMD, water levels may rise between 550,000 cusecs to 700,000 cusecs and the severe inundation will continue from August 27 to 28.
They advised all concerned authorities to remain alert and take “all necessary precautions” to avoid loss of life and property.
Due to the floods, thirty tourists, including women and children, were trapped in the Karamat Valley, a tourist destination in Lower Dir.
According to the relevant officials, the tourists can only be rescued via helicopter.
Floods in Charsadda
Intense floods continued to lash at the Munda Headworks Bridge in Charsadda. The bridge, which controlled the water flow from the River Swat, collapsed last night due to devastating rain-induced floods.
The rapid flow of water caused fear and panic among the local people while the surrounding population has been under evacuation since yesterday.
The collapse of the bridge severed Tangi Tehsil's connection with Peshawar and transportation through Shabqadar and Mohmand were stopped.
People from Tangi will now have to reach Charsadda through Peshawar.
The regions of Matta, Tangi, and Patang were all affected due to the bridge falling at night, however, people are currently engaged in relief work.
Relief activities
The first batch of food was delivered to flood victims in Swat Valley by helicopters. Ration packages were provided to flood-affected families in Kalam.
Food was provided to the victims by helicopter in the Tehsil Kabal of Swat.

ISPR says flood relief centres are being established in various parts of the country to assist collection, transportation and distribution of flood relief goods to victims in various provinces.
KARACHI: Volunteers are facing difficulties in supplying relief goods to flood victims as dilapidated roads are the main hurdles in their relief and rescue operation, a volunteer informed The Express Tribune at an emergency shelter set up at the LK Advani High School in Sachal Goth in Scheme 33, Karachi.
“The National Highway, Mehran Highway and the link roads leading to villages are inundated, making it impossible for the government workers and philanthropists to reach the displaced people,” he said.
More than 2,000 flood affected people from Kamber Shahdadkot, Naushehro Feroze, Jacobabad, Thatta, Larkana, Dadu and Shikarpur have arrived Karachi and housed in five government schools in Scheme 33 including New Grammar School, Khatoon-e-Awal School, Lk Advani High School, Sachal Girls High School and Marwar Primary School.
Flood victims in these temporary shelters informed that their cattle, lands and crops were completely destroyed in recent floods. They said that before coming to Karachi they were without any help from any authority for over a week and ultimately they decided to come to Karachi.
With tears in their eyes they said their life-time earnings, houses, belongings have gone with the flood.
They are in a state of shock. Relief camps have been set up in government schools by philanthropists.
They said food and water is available in relief camps but there are no medical facilities for Hepatitis C and heart patients.
They said, they have no clothes, ration and money.
On the other hand, Abdul Sattar, the person in a relief camp said it is the incompetency of the government that there are no basic facilities available in the camp established in a school of Marora Goth. The displaced people are living on their own, arranging food and drink through contribution.
He said that the National and Mehran highways have been closed for the past two days due to the flood situation while the road from Jamshoro to Karachi was also closed today in view of the flood situation, due to which hundreds of flood victims are stuck on the roads.
A flood victim alleged that local landlords used their labour and machines to erect emergency embankments outside their land and diverted flood water towards villages.
Community mobilisers assisting the displaced people said that as per government estimates, four million houses have been destroyed completely and more than 10 million people have displaced and many of them are on their way to Karachi.
Presently, there are about 25 families in each of the five schools and more are on their way, they said.
They demanded that the international aid should be used fairly and transparently for the flood victims only.
