The Pakistani police/internal law enforcement apparatus unfortunately is a bigger threat to our existence than any external threat. They are our eyes and ears within the country and they often act blind and deaf resulting in provision of safe havens to anti state agents. Too bad ISI and MI has to work on this area too

They can't. They are full of political appointees and inductees with no proper security clearance. These agencies need a massive overhaul of it's induction, training (both ideological and professional), systems and procedures to be able to match ISI or withstand Ila's well as counter internal threats.
