So far only those were hanged whose black warrants were signed by Chief. No death sentences have been given by the Govt. yet as they are scared to do so. PA needs to take this matter in their hand & take care of rented terrorists themselves corrupt politicians will find ways to delay death sentences as they (politicians & judges) fear for their lives.
