Hero of Russia
In 1992, USSR Honored Test Pilot Anatoly Kvochur was awarded with the high title of Hero of the Russian Federation. He has also been decorated with Labor Red Banner Order (1988) and with that “For Services to the Fatherland” (3rd degree). Today, Anatoly Kvochur continues to combine his flying and research responsibilities. This means development of the pilotage & testing center, and development of methodologies for highest pilotage practices to be followed solely and in groups on board up-to-date fighters, and provision of the required training to pilots of the Flight Research Institute and Air Force, and direct directorship over aircraft updating programs, advanced cockpit design programs and inter-object satellite navigation programs.
