Sure, it is possible but you cant stay on top of other plane for minutes like Top Gun...the pilots usually get scared..

They are Fulcrums....Flanker Sukhoi 30..is a 2 seater.......and fuselage is of different shape.....and Sukhoi 30 has no naval version...but Mig 29 Has a naval varient (Mig 29K).

Sukhoi - for mechanics
F15 - for electronics.
In the popular red flag video, the presenter concedes Sukhois beat F15.

In my opinion, after F22 and F35(on paper), Sukhois are the best. Just look at these videos:

Just fit a good AESA radar/jamers on Sukhois and off you go. Thats closely what India in 30 MKI, fit some good Avionics in it. I am sure they will upgrade the Bars radar to AESA ASAP.
