Five TTP Commanders Arrested in Afghanistan

. . .
Will Afghanistan hand them over to us? If yes great but until than I will hold on to my celebrations.
Pakistan has a lot of leverage that can be used to arm twist Afghanistan, I just wonder why don't we use that. All there trade happen through Pakistan. Let's put a stop to that for starters.

Five Pakistani men held in Afghanistan over school massacre: officials

Five Pakistani men have been arrested in Afghanistan in connection with the Taliban massacre of 134 school children in the Pakistani city of Peshawar last month, officials from both countries said on Sunday.

The five were detained last week after Pakistan sent a list of suspects to security services in the neighboring nation, said the officials who asked not to be named.

Taliban gunmen opened fire in the military-run school on Dec. 16, killing nine staff and the students, many of them the children of army personnel, in the country's bloodiest massacre in years.

"We are investigating whether the five detained are the ones wanted by Pakistan," one of the Afghan officials told Reuters.

Pakistan's Taliban is a separate organization from the Afghan Taliban, but both share the goals of toppling their respective governments and enforcing strict Islamist law across the region.

One of the Pakistani officials said another 20-25 people had been detained in Pakistan but some had already been released.

A second Pakistani official said that talks were underway with the government for the transfer of the five prisoners in Afghanistan to Pakistan.

I once remember seeing an interview of a general from ANA and how deeply he expressed hate for Pakistani Punjabis.

Present day afghan rulers are axis of evil.
Pakistani Punjabis haunt the evil worshipers and atheists for there expected role in future of the world.

Is the ANA/NDS finally open to working with us?
I once remember seeing an interview of a general from ANA and how deeply he expressed hate for Pakistani Punjabis. With that sort of mindset I still have doubts whether they're gonna cooperate with us or not.
Perhaps "Hot Pursuit" is the only safe option left.

There is a LOT of hate towards Pakistan in Afghanistan for some unknown reason (knowing that Pakistan hosted millions of Afghans till date and helped kick out the Russians). But even with the hate, the hot pursuit option would make them look bad in their own country. Plus eventually, if these terrorists are kept in Afghanistan by Afghanis, the trade will be impacted. So they don't have a whole lot of options outside of just cooperation. But cooperation is good. It'll eventually help in team work and the hatred will start to go away.
