Mainly the CRPF is not trained for jungle warfare, they are not optimized for this task,

CoBARA is like a special unit for CRPF for guerilla warfare. And yes, its basically specialized in conducting intelligence based operations.

Ah, so there's a difference. The ATS specializes in urban combat so the COBRA are more like Colombian Special Forces rather than the ATS, trained to operate in jungles and target enemy camps that use the foliage to their advantage.
