Again, it's OPEN KNOWLEDGE that the payload for a Lancet is just 6 Kgs (that's warhead + component + fuel) and the warhead alone is just 3KG.

a M888 60 mm mortar warhead is 2kg, 40mm grenade have a warhead of 2Kg, M821 81mm mortar round have a warhead of 4.1 kg HE/PETN. All of those cannot destroy an armour target, you are saying somehow Russian explosive are more powerful than the west.

Bear in mind, tradition armour piercing AT missile have twice or three times the size of Lancet warhead. Older AGM-114 have an 8KG warhead, and TOW2 have a 6.14kg warhead that can penetrate 900mm ERA.

No, he is telling you a the Lancet operator needs a lot of luck to take out a functioning MBT or IFV.
I believe you are one of those claiming Russia is producing thousends of these per month, yet only a few evidently succeed judging by the footage provided.

Why would we worry about that? There are destroyed Abrams in Iraq during the 2003 invasion as well as by Iraqi Army when they had their own Abrams. You don't make sense. The only reason the U.S. was hesitant about sending Abrams because of the logistics of having so many different tanks especially a tank built from thousands of miles away. Leopards are more logical choice since they can be repaired and maintained close to home.

Wouldn't matter since that's on Ukraine's ability to deal with it, not the U.S. Army. I mean the Russians already have their own problems with their own tanks. Couldn't even spare 1 modern tank in their parade recently.

Lancet 3 and why is it so successful

basically its a flying anti tank missile

and Leo 2A6 is no joke of a tank its is one of the most advanced tanks in the World

It's really something the usage the Russians are getting out of these lancet 3s. The effectiveness of its destruction capacity seems to vary from target to target yet it's undeniable how it seems to be a game changer if just by the fear factor it creates, regardless of the armored or mechanized vehicle or even howitzer damage level it causes.

Despite loitering munitions in the form of kamikaze drones -- whether released from aircraft or from simple metal platforms like these lancets -- wreak havoc among personnel more so than the platform damage they create. I think the psychological factor is huge, especially when there doesn't seem to be any defensive system to counter it.
