There hasn't been any misstep. Only problems are caused by CM Buzdars protocols and spokesman Fawad Chaudhrys helicopter statement. The rest are fine.

I think the whole protocol saga is a misstep. Another misstep is not releasing an economic white paper and explaining to the public on why we will have to eventually go to the IMF.
